Tom is Founder of TFB and is a specialist in digital transformation, digital culture and leadership development with a particular focus on AI and innovation for 21st Century organisations.

 

He advises governments, top universities, corporates and start-ups on successful digital and AI transformation, creates international learning programmes, is an active speaker and writer.

 

He has a Master’s in HR with a career that started in Accenture driving global business transformation for large corporates such as Barclays Bank, British Gas and 20th Century Fox. He was global Head of L&D for Colt Technology Services and held the post of Senior Advisor in the Cabinet Office, British Government, for digital & technology skill. Tom’s diverse portfolio finds him advising governments for countries such as the UK, India, Malaysia and Jersey, as well as clients such as HSBC, Imperial College London, GlaxoSmithKline, Legal & General and KPMG.

 

Through his successful consultancy, TFB, his mantra is ‘Making Digital about people, not technology...about Emotional Intelligence, not Artificial Intelligence.’ Originally from the US, he has lived and worked across four continents....and raises Pekin Bantam chickens to balance all that digital stuff.
